T. HOUSE
Located in Meydan Village, one of the nine villages of Rize, this project represents the first development unit in the area and is intended to serve as a precedent for future projects in the region. Being part of a project that will guide the architectural development of the area has been a great source of pride.
Respecting the natural topography of the Black Sea region, the architecture and landscape were designed to follow the land’s terraces, preserving the existing natural character. Situated within the protected boxwood forests of Rize, the project was carefully developed in accordance with the regulations of the Ministry of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change.
Inspired by the region’s cultural heritage while introducing a contemporary architectural approach, the project balances tradition with modern design. All implementation and licensing processes have been completed, and the hotel is planned to open at the end of 2026.
